Chris S. (Friday, Saturday)
Chris holds a degree in Music performance from the University of Kansas. He has played guitar, bass guitar and upright bass for 18 years and has taught for over 10 years. Chris is versed in all styles and plays professionally in bands like Hi Dive, Billy Ebeling, The Late for Supper Band, Floyd the Barber and Sunu covering genres including Rock, Cajun, Jazz, Afro-Latin etc.

Clint V. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
With a Bachelor's in Music from KSU, Clint has over 5 years teaching experience. Clint is also an experienced performer and worship leader throughout the US as well as Mexico and Chile.

James S. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday)
With a Masters degree in Classic guitar performance from UMKC Conservatory, James has 11 years teaching experience, including being on staff at Baker University, Rockhurst University, and Longview Community College. James also performs recitals for the KC Guitar Society and in master classes such as with the LA Guitar Quartet, Jason Vieaux, and WIlliam Kanengiser.

Jay E. (Friday)
Jay began his musical career in 1969, then enrolled in UMKC studying 3 years with Doug Neidt, going on to study jazz with KC's legendary jazz instructor John Elliot. In 1986, Jay starting teaching, and averaging a student load of 80 per week. Jay has been featured on several solo CD's as well as guest artist on several CD's by national artists. He continues to perform and record.

John P. (Monday, Tuesday)
John has a degree in Music Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Teachers College and has over 35 years of teaching experience. He is versed in Blues, Soul, Funk, R&B, Rock & Roll, Jazz, and country and has performed professionally since the 70's.

Jordan S. (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday)
Jordan studied at the UMKC Conservatory of Music with internationally recognized jazz guitarist Rod Fleeman, and classical guitarist Douglas Neidt. He is a working Jazz and Latin music guitarist here in Kansas City and has traveled and played throughout the Southeast region of Brazil. Jordan has been playing with various groups around Kansas City since he was 15 years old and is well versed in Blues, Jazz, Rock, and Latin styles.

Kirk M. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday)
Kirk began his musical education at age 7 on the piano, progressing to guitar at age 15. He has also studied theory, technical and arranging. He toured for 8 years, and for the past 15 years he has focused on working with local churches as music minister, teaching and playing with his smooth jazz group "Aftergroove".

Michael M. (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Graduated from UMKC in guitar performance, Michael is well versed in classical, flamenco, Jazz, and rock. He is an award winning guitarist who continues to perform in the Kansas City area.

Miguel C. (Wednesday)
Miguel holds a BA from KSU, has over 4 years teaching experience, and has led worship throughout the US as well as Mexico and Brazil. He has also worked with recording producers like Tony Palacious and Joe Mills.

Paul G. (Monday)
A graduate of the Bass Institute of Technology, Paul has 11 years of teaching experience, as well as performing 5 nights per week, 3 with his church.

Ryan W. (Friday, Saturday)
Ryan holds a degree from UMKC Conservatory in Jazz guitar performance. He has also studied with some of the more notable guitar and jazz instructors in the KC area such as Rod Fleeman, Danny Embrey and Doug Neidt. He has been teaching guitar for over 8 years, and performing in various ensembles.

Scott has over 20 years of teaching experience and has national success as a recording artist. Continuing that success he still performs regularly in the Kansas City area.

Stan S. (Friday, Saturday)
Stan is best known in the rock music idiom as the bass player on Peter Frampton's "Frampton Comes Alive" album. Yet he also has played and toured with other greats such as Lou Gramm, Warren Zevon, Tommy Bolin, Delbert McClinton just to name a few. An innovator with the fretless bass in the rock world, he has played in other rhythm sections with drummers from known groups as Steeley Dan, Crosby Stills and Nash, Todd Rundgren, Van Morrison and Eric Clapton. He studies and teaches various styles from classic rock, Motown, funk, as well as latin and afro-influenced styles and others. Stan is multi lingual and holds a masters in environmental studies from KU.

Banjo/Dobro/Mandolin

Jeff E. (Tuesday, Friday)
Jeff is fluent in most bluegrass instruments such as the Banjo, Resophonic guitar, Mandolin, Steel guitar. He has a degree from UMKC and has been teaching in the KC area for over 34 years.

Drums

Arnie Y. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Arny is a well known professional performer and recording artist who has been teaching full time for over ten years. He attended the conservatory of music at UMKC and has studied percussion at UC Berkley. He teaches snare drum and school band percussion including drumline. His specialty is drumset and teaches Rock (Punk, Alternative and Metal with double pedals), Jazz, Funk/R&B, Country and World Music including Reggae and Afro Pop. He also teaches congas and djembe. He can give you a good start on your musical journey or help you kick your skills up to the next level.

Mike R. (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday)
With a degree in Music Therapy from Phillips University, Mike has over 25 years teaching experience and performs regularly in the area. Mike also holds a position of Music Therapist at the Lansing Correctional Facility.

Abby is a graduate from UMKC in Vocal performance. She has performed extensively from rock to classical and has over 4 years teaching experience.

Amy has a bachelor's from William Jewel in Theory and Composition and a master's from UMKC in Organ. Amy has over 5 years in teaching experience and performs regularly at her church.

Blake is a well accomplished performer in all genres. He studied at UMKC Conservatory with over 6 years of experience teaching.

Roxanne A. (Thursday, Saturday)
Roxanne has over 30 years teaching experience with a Master's from Southwest Missouri State in Music Education. She also performs and records her own arrangements.

Tim B. (Wednesday, Thursday)
Tim holds a BA from the University of Kansas in Music Theory. Along with Piano, Organ and keyboards, Tim also plays the Saxophone, Violin and Clarinet. He has over 20 years of teaching experience. As a solo artist, he performs for weddings, receptions and other casual affairs.
